The spiral type quick freezer is divided into single-spiral and double-spiral quick freezer
The freezing capacity of single-spiral is 250-2500 kg / h;
The freezing capacity range of double-spiral is 500-5000 kg / h.

Mesh belt and support
The mesh belt is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel spring wire, with higher strength and better abrasion resistance.
The mesh belt has 8 widths options for common use, suitable for different diameters of the cage, these are 650mm,710mm,800mm,850mm, 1000mm, 1100mm,1270mm,1392mm.
Mesh belts can be customized as well to meet the needs of different products and freezing processes.
The support is made of solid stainless steel bar, which is strong, hygienic anddurable.
Note: The material of mesh belt can also be selected as POM

With advanced high-pressure water tube expansion process, the tube shall be evenly and tightly expanded, in order to reach a higher heat transfer efficiency.
By using 40/20/10 high flap, large spacing and variable sheet pitch design, a longer continuous operating time can be assured.
Combined one-piece fins with variable spaces allow the cold air runs smoothly along the fins. The large plenum chamber design helps the cold air distributes uniformly, and the usage of evaporator area has no blind corner.

Product Application
Spiral type quick freezer is widely used for quick freezing of aquatic products, cut meat, prepared food, ice cream, pastry and small package food, especially suitable for frozen products with long freezing time, high incoming temperature and large output demand.
