It is mainly used to freeze any block-shaped food that is not afraid of extrusion or easy to shape, such as cut meat, poultry, by-products, etc.
The freezing capacity ranges from 960 to 2520kg/time, and the reference freezing amount is made based on the fish plate (specification 600×400×80mm, 15kg/plate, loading and discharging temperature +20℃, -18℃).
