Structure:
cantilever type, belt drive structure, belt pulley mounted on the outside of the two supporting bearings, impeller cantilever mounted on the other end of the shaft.
Advantages:
fan speed can be selected in a wide range, the flow is closer to the application needs, the motor installation position is more flexible, the pulley disassembly is more convenient, occupy less space.
Disadvantages:
relatively low mechanical efficiency. Belt transmission needs tension force, increase additional lateral force to the fan shaft end, more easily damaged parts, high frequency of update and maintenance.
Main application:
suitable for medium and above and the performance of a wide range of fan.
