Features
(1) Cost savings: No drainage required after dyeing, conducting reduction clearing directly in the mother liquor, saving time, energy, water and chemicals.
(2) Effective: Can improve the color fastness of fabric.
(3) High stability: Before use, you can dissolve it firstly. It’s more stable in aqueous solution than sodium hydrosulfite and rarely react with oxygen.
(4) Environmentally friendly: COD and BOD of decomposition products residual liquid is very low, conducive to the wastewater treatment.
Usages:
Reductive cleaner is primarily used for the reduction cleaning of synthetic fibers (such as polyester and acrylic) and their blends in a weakly alkaline environment. Their performance surpasses traditional alkali reduction processes, enabling fabrics to achieve Grade 4 or above standards in soaping and dry/wet rubbing fastness. This agent ensures a clean and bright fabric surface, enhance glossiness to some extent, and require lower dosage.
